So food here isn't really that great. There are no "convenient" places...it is either a sit down meal or food from a take-away. These places sale gross pizzas, random rice dishes, fried everything, etc. I usually eat at home, so that means I eat ALOT of salad and sandwiches. I have gotten creative with my sandwiches...random meats and different cheeses. I pretty much shop in the produce and meat sections which is great for my budget. I can eat on 20 pound a week (about $40). That's not too bad!
Because of this change in diet and the huge addition of about 5 miles a day to my daily routine, I have lost weight. I don't know how much because i don't have a scale, but my collar bones are protruding and my pants are loose. Oh well! I sleep much better here due to the amount of exercise and the healthier diet. I did however eat at McDonald's twice this weekend....those fries are absolutely amazing! I also went to a BBQ where I probably ate more than everyone else there! I literally sat AT the buffet table. haha
School starts tomorrow, so it will be an interesting day.
