Went to Laurel Lake in Kentucky for the weekend. The best friend (and former roomie) I was going to visit got engaged just 1 day before Jackie and I's arrival. She and her fiance are VERY excited. They are both in med school, so it looks like no financial troubles ahead. :) Got a sweet new tan line. NOT!!! I used spray sunscreen and got a polka dot look. Gross!
I got my visa after a little nervous anticipation.
My former employer is now allowing open-toed shoes. Can I just say this SUCKS so bad? I have so many cute sandals, but I couldn't wear them to work. Now that I work somewhere else, they are legal.
